Not very well known, the Project 8200 was an effort within the U.S. Army’s Remote Viewing unit to verify the claims of underground extraterrestrial bases made by the CIA analyst Pat Price in the 70s.
We obtained every declassified file of Project 8200 from 1982 to 86, many of which have never been officially reported to their superiors in the intelligence community.
In 2009, the former head of the Project Stargate the lieutenant Skip Atwater declassified all this information from Project 8200 to a conference of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), although only hard copies of its presentation are available offline: https://www.irva.org/conferences/speakers/atwater.html
Skip Atwater was responsible for operations and training for the secret program Stargate, a remote viewing porogram. He recruited and trained an elite group of professional intelligence officers to carry out remote observation activities for the Department of Defense and various members of the national intelligence community. He has planned, conducted and reported thousands of intelligence gathering missions for remote viewing.

What is shown in the documents of Project 8200, are the apparent confirmation by many other equipped remote viewers, that a “network” of underground bases exists all over the world in order to “transmit” something in space.
While the elite remote viewer Joseph McMoneagle is Atwater discuss in these documents, the data of the Project 8200 they suggest that the places where the Extraterrestrial Bases are located, transmit information to a mysterious platform that is in “deep space”, a platform or space base of unknown origin, which shows a kind of link with the Earth.
It is not suggested in the file, but after the revision, we consider it reasonable to ask whether a Lagrange point (positions in space .. the Sun and the earth’s gravity create islands of stability) explains, because the object that McMoneagle sees remains “repaired” there .
The deep space platform is described as ancient but with new technology. Other viewers describe the basics as a strange mix of natural and artificial formations.
